It’s the 10th day of the month, which means the 10 Bloggers Blog Hop! I’ve gathered my creative blogging friends, and this begins our 11th month with this collaboration. We had so much fun with it the past 10 months, we decided to take it another round. One friend needed to part ways, so we added the amazingly talented Chelsea from Two Twenty One to the mix. If you’ve missed the past ten months of fun, please check them out! This month we came up with a PASTEL theme to create projects around, since SPRING is upon us! I created some darling Friendship Tags in fun spring colors, and you’ll find all the details below!
Are you ready to get into SPRING mode? All of these darling projects and yummy treats are sure to do that!
Join the BLOG HOP and “hop” on over to view the other projects up close. If you happen to come upon a broken link, just click HOME on each site to view the project.

Now for my project:
I’m so excited to share my Friendship Gift Tags–free printable tags that are perfect for adding to any treats or gifts you’re giving to a friend to let them know you’re thinking of them. I created them in fun and happy pastel colors–just right for cheering someone’s day!
What’s better than opening your door and finding that someone has been thinking of you? I was having a terrible week this past week, and one day I found a yummy cupcake and sweet note on my front porch from a friend. It made my whole day–probably my whole week–and even though I still had a lot going on, it changed the way I was feeling about it. The only thing better is doing it for somebody else–for a specific reason, or just because!
I absolutely love when all the holiday candy comes out, because they’re always in the best colors! I grabbed a couple of bags of Easter Peanut M&M’s, and separated them into colors. Or rather…one of my kids did. ☺ I always pay in candy, and that’s a popular payment at my house! I use the peanut or peanut butter M&M’s because I need fewer of them to fill up the bottle. It would take A LOT of regular M&M’s! If you would rather use them, I would suggest using a small mason jar or treat jar instead.
Of course you can use another candy or treat in these colors too…whatever you like!
I printed the tags onto white cardstock, then cut them out with my paper trimmer. You can cut them down a little smaller if you like, but they’re sized to 3 inches square. I always distress the edges with Distress Ink (Vintage Photo), because I like the contrast, but it’s optional. I’m kind of obsessed with the Distress Ink, actually, but I love it! It’s only around $5 at most scrapbook and hobby stores, but it lasts forever. I’ve been using the same one for a couple of years, lol, and I use it all the time!
