I am such a big fan of super cute tags that dress up a simple jar and add a ton of charm!  I love creating them for every holiday, then use them to give gifts to friends, neighbors, teachers, and other people in my life. Everyone loves knowing that someone is thinking of them or really grateful for them, and I created an adorable St. Patrick’s day printable tag that’s perfect for letting them know!

Tie it on to a jar of treats or candy, and you’re set to go!  I love using holiday M&M’s because they’re  so festive and totally cute. And yummy.  I especially love the ones for St. Patrick’s Day, because they’re mint & chocolate…my fave!

So cute, right?! And SO SO easy.  Here’s you you put it together!

SUPPLIES: {affiliate links included for your convenience…see full disclosure HERE.)

glass jar, mason jar or milk bottle

mint M&M’s or other green & white candy

kraft colored cardstock

-printer

-hole punch

-distress ink

-baker’s twine

DIRECTIONS:

Download the printable tag (link at bottom of post), then print onto kraft card stock. You can use white too!

Cut out the tag with scissors or paper trimmer, then angle the top edges so they look like an actual tag.

Use distress ink around the edges of the tag. This part is totally optional of course, but I love the depth and contrast it provides–I think it makes a lot of paper crafts look cuter!  It’s around $5, and lasts FOREVER.  I’ve had mine for a couple of years, and I use it all the time.  Best five bucks ever.

Punch a hole in the top of the tag, then use baker’s twine to tie it around the top of the lid.
