Just print and cut out, punch a hole in the corner, and tie on to a jar, pail, treat bag, milk bottle, or paper sack with ribbon.  You could also use washi tape to to tape to the front of the paper sack, or as a label on another container. About ten years ago, I went through my stacks of cookbooks, and file of saved recipes I had printed or had received from others.   I took out all of our favorites, typed them up, slid them into sheet protectors, and put them into a binder.
