I {LOVE} how they turned out, and they were so easy to make. I used PicMonkey--one of my favorite places to edit pictures and fancy them up a little for posts. If you don't have access to Photoshop or something similar, and want an easy option to make your own cards, you'll definitely want to try this.

I love this yummy spin on Rice Krispie treats! O Henry Bars are a family favorite, and they incorporate a delightful mix of peanut butter, chocolate, and a hint of butterscotch. Now that I have a little boy named Henry, he is especially excited that there is a treat named after him. :)

{thoughts on motherhood & life}

I have six children, five of them in six years. Life is...a little crazy.

-I get funny looks in the grocery store, whether it's because I have a lot of little kids with me, or because someone is throwing a fit. -Cleaning up messes and trying to prevent disaster is how most of my day is spent.-I've stopped counting how many loads of laundry I do, because I'm afraid to know.-I hope that I get a shower...at least every other day.-I fall into bed every night, hoping that the baby will sleep just one more hour.-I spend more time cooking meals and cleaning them up than anything else I do.-I rarely have a quiet moment, just a constant, dull roar in the background.-I pack everything + the kitchen sink when I go anywhere.-My definition of relaxation has changed from a day at the spa to just being able to sit down a read a book.-I'm discovering that my college education hasn't necessarily prepared me for 8th grade math (I swear, they've added some stuff...), and that despite completing years of school, I get to now do it all over again.

But through it all, I try to remember every single day...

At our school they do teacher appreciation for a full week, and I wanted to send in something small everyday, with something bigger on Friday.
