Easy No-Fail, No-Cook Fudge!

Here at Old Salt Farm we are huge fans of fudge, and we all come by it honestly. I’ve tried many recipes over the years, but this one is hands my favorite. Cooking fudge can be a little finicky though, so I especially love this fudge recipe that came from my grandmother.  It’s a SUPER easy and super delicious no-cook fudge, and I dare say no-fail too!

You can whip up a batch of this yummy fudge in less than five minutes, and then pop it into the fridge for about an hour to firm. Then you’re ready to serve it to guests, or wrap it up to give it away…or just eat it! (Warning: It goes fast!!)

No-Fail, No-Cook Fudge

It is seriously so easy!  It’s a mixture of all the yummiest things: cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, cocoa, and a little bit of vanilla! I’ve found it’s way easier to use my hands and really get in there to mix all the ingredients together and form it into a ball. Once that’s done, it’s easy to roll up onto plastic wrap, and let firm in the fridge. Or, you can place plastic wrap or wax paper in a glass dish (this is my favorite) and press it on the bottom, then place in the fridge.  Once it’s firm, you can cut it into slices or pieces. Put it on a cute cake plate (this one is adorable!!) or dish, and you’re ready to serve!

Really, there are no words for just how simple, delicious, and no-fuss this fudge is. It’s a huge family favorite we’ve been making for years.

  • Mix all the ingredients together until a ball is formed. If adding nuts, mix everything together except the nuts, then add them at the end. Using your hands is the easiest way to get it all mixed really well!

Refrigerate until firm enough to cut into slices or squares.
