Whip cream until soft peaks are starting to form, then add the powdered sugar and beat until combined. You can add more or less sugar to taste!Cover a cookie sheet in wax paper, and spread the whipped cream over the top of it, making sure it's at least an inch thick.Place in the freezer for 4 hours or overnight.Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes, then place on another cookie sheet with wax paper on it. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until ready to use...or eat right away!!
